No Refund

Your satisfaction is important to us. However, we kindly request your understanding that all purchases made with KARAM are considered final, in accordance with our no-refund policy. Should you have any questions or require further assistance, please reach out to our customer support team.

Exchange

For quality assurance, KARAM offers exchanges on items with manufacturing defects within 7 days of delivery. Please reach out to our customer support team to initiate the exchange process.

Warranty Policy

Kindly submit claims within the stipulated period as per below:

  • Safety Shoes 9 (Nine) months from the date of Invoice against any manufacturing defects.
  • Retractable Block 6 (Six) months from the date of Invoice against any manufacturing defects.
  • All other products 1 (one) year from the date of Invoice against any manufacturing defects.

Please note that one side of the freight cost is to be paid by the customer. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Cancellation

In case of cancellation of your order please reach out to KARAM's customer care and request for cancellation within 24 hours of placement of order. Customer care email id: customercare@karam.in
